Registrations are now closed.

Bank transfer fees cannot be credited to organizers. Where the amount is lower than the amount due, the registration will not be validated.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to HMC 2022
• Coffee breaks and lunches
• Welcome reception on 20 September 2022 at the Ljubljana Castle
• Guided tour around Ljubljana on 21 September 2022
• Gala dinner on 22 September 2022 in Cukrarna Gallery
• Visit to historic monuments on 24 September 2022 to:
  • Žiče Charterhouse,
  • The archaeological exhibition site in Celje,
  • Wine Cellar in Zlati Grič.

The registration fee for accompanying person includes:

• Welcome reception
• Gala dinner
• Guided tour
• Visit to historic monuments

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing directly to the Secretary of the Organizing Committee at hmc2022@fgg.uni-lj.si.
Refunds of the registration fees with a retain of 20% for processing fee will be provided for cancellations received prior to July 1, 2022.
No refund will be provided after this date. However, substitutions of individuals attending are accepted.
